Our History

LUM means light

Founded in 2020, LUM is a design brand created by Gianmarco Palmieri at the age of 19.

It represents the high-end evolution of Palmieri Sergio SNC, a family-run company

with over 65 years of experience in engineering, design, and production of custom lighting

and furniture solutions. LUM means "light" in one of the northern Italian dialects.

Every LUM product is designed to meet
the specific requirements of the client and adapt

to varying use cases.

The production process places great emphasis

on precision craftsmanship and the integration

of high-quality, sustainable materials.

All raw materials are natural and recycled

or fully recyclable, in line with the environmental

and economic principles of circularity.

All products undergo rigorous quality control procedures and are certified in compliance

with CE safety and performance standards.
